I grew up in Northern California with a love for being outside—and skin that didn't always agree. After years of dealing with dry, sensitive skin and reactions to products, I knew there had to be a better approach.
FOUNDER INTERVIEW
Rahul grew up backpacking, camping, exploring, and spending as much time outside as possible, but from childhood into adulthood, dry, sensitive skin was a constant problem he faced.
After years of trying products that didn't work for him, he started looking more closely at what was actually in them. That became the starting point for KRUX.
WHY KRUX
Rahul's experience with sensitive skin led him to question why most personal care products were using such harmful ingredients. He wanted to simplify the ingredient stack, focus on ingredients with a purpose, and make it easier to understand what you're putting on your skin.
KRUX grew from that idea: straightforward skin recovery for people who would rather be outside doing what they love.
